Meet the Founder
Kenyatta Parker is a workplace-culture strategist who understands how strong teams are built, how trust is earned, and how people do their best work when they feel connected to a shared mission.
He began his career as a firefighter, spending nearly two decades in a role that demanded courage, calm under pressure, and deep commitment to the people beside him. That experience shaped his leadership philosophy and belief in service and accountability.
Kenyatta later became a community liaison, strengthening his skills in listening, relationship-building, and connecting public-service teams with the communities they serve. This work guided him into Human Resources and organizational development, where he led people-focused initiatives at a rapidly growing biotech company and built strategies that developed leaders and strengthened collaboration.
Today, he runs an independent consulting practice, coaching leaders to build healthier, more resilient, human-centered workplaces. A former athlete and proud father, he brings discipline, heart, and lived experience into every room he enters.
